Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms is to set out the conditions and procedures for using all services provided by the clinic on its website (hereinafter the "Service")
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows.
1. User: a person who receives the services provided by the clinic under these terms
2. Service Agreement: the contract concluded between the clinic and the user regarding use of the service
3. Registration : completing a service use agreement by entering the required information on the application form provided by the clinic and agreeing to these terms
4. Member: a person who has registered as a member by providing the personal information required to join this site
5. User ID : the identifier chosen by the user and approved by the clinic for member identification and use of the service
A combination of letters and numbers (only one ID may be issued per resident registration number)
6. PASSWORD : a combination of letters, numbers and special characters set by the user to protect the member's information
7. Termination of Use : an expression of intent by the clinic or the member to end the service agreement after use of the service
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
If a member does not agree to the amended terms, they may request withdrawal (termination) of membership; if the member continues to use the service without expressing an objection within 7 days from the effective date of the amended terms, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes
① These terms take effect upon being posted on the service screen of the service, or announced on the notice board or by other means.
② The clinic may change these terms where it deems necessary; changed terms will be posted on the service screen, and if no objection is expressed within 7 days after posting
Continued use of the service is deemed acceptance of the changes to the terms.
③ If you do not agree to the amended terms, you may stop using the service and cancel your membership; if you continue to use it, you will be deemed to have agreed to the change

Article 4 (Application Mutatis Mutandis)
Matters not specified in these terms are governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws.
Chapter 2 : Service Use Agreement
Article 5 (Formation of the Agreement)
The service agreement is formed by the clinic's acceptance of the user's application and the user's consent to these terms.
Article 6 (Application for Use)
You can apply for use by entering your personal details on the registration form required by the clinic, found on the member information screen of the service.
Article 7 (Acceptance of Application)
① Where a member has accurately completed all items on the application form and applied for use, the clinic shall accept the application unless there are special circumstances.
② Use may not be approved in any of the following cases.
1. When the application was not made under your real name
2. When the application was made using another person's name
3. When the application details were falsely stated
4. When the application is made for the purpose of harming public order or public morals
5. When other application requirements set by our clinic are not met
Article 8 (Changes to the Agreement)
Members must update the details entered at the time of application if they change; the member is responsible for any problems arising from a failure to update them.
Chapter 3 Obligations of the Parties
Article 9 (Our Obligations)
The clinic will not disclose or distribute to third parties any personal details of a member that it has learned in connection with providing the service, without the member's consent. This does not apply, however, where a state agency makes a request under the Framework Act on Telecommunications or other statutes, where there is a criminal investigation purpose, or where a request is made under procedures prescribed by other relevant laws.
Article 10 (Member Obligations)
① When using the service, members must not engage in any of the following acts.
1. Fraudulent use of another member's ID
2. Acts of reproducing, publishing, or providing to third parties information obtained from the service
3. Acts infringing the clinic's copyright, third-party copyrights, or other rights
4. Distributing content that violates public order and morals
5. Acts objectively deemed to be connected to a crime
6. Other acts in violation of applicable laws
② Members may not use the service for commercial activities, and the clinic assumes no responsibility for any consequences arising from such use.
③ Members may not transfer or give away to another person their right to use the service or any other status under the service agreement, nor provide it as collateral.
Chapter 4 Use of Service
Article 11 (Member Obligations)
① Members are responsible for maintaining their own mail, bulletin board posts, and registered materials as necessary.
② Members may not arbitrarily delete or modify materials provided by the clinic.
③ Members must not post on the clinic's website any content that violates public order and morals or infringes third-party rights such as copyright. If such content is posted, the member bears full responsibility for any resulting consequences.
Article 12 (Management and Deletion of Posts)
For efficient operation of the service, we may limit members' storage space, message size, retention period and the like, and content falling under any of the following may be deleted without prior notice.
1. Content that slanders another member or a third party, or damages their reputation through defamation
2. Content that violates public order and morals
3. If the content is deemed to be connected to criminal activity
4. Content that infringes the copyright of the clinic, a third party's copyright, or any other rights
5. If a member posts obscene material on the clinic's website or bulletin board, or links to obscene sites
6. Cases deemed to violate other relevant laws and regulations
Article 13 (Copyright of Posts)
Copyright in posted material belongs to the person who posted it, and members may not use material posted on the service commercially, including processing or selling information obtained through the service.
Article 14 (Service Hours)
In principle the service is available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are particular operational or technical impediments. This does not apply in the event of regular maintenance or similar.
Article 15 (Responsibility for Service Use)
You must not use the service for hacking, linking to obscene sites, illegally distributing commercial software or similar acts, and the clinic assumes no responsibility for the results and losses of business activities arising from such violations, or for legal measures taken by the relevant authorities.
Article 16 (Suspension of Service)
Provision of the service may be suspended in any of the following cases.
1. In unavoidable cases due to maintenance or other work on service facilities
2. When a key telecommunications provider defined under the Telecommunications Business Act suspends its telecommunications service
3. When system maintenance is required
4. Other cases of force majeure
Chapter 5 Termination and Restriction of Use
Article 17 (Termination and Use Restriction)
① A member wishing to terminate the service agreement must apply for termination in person via the internet, and the clinic will take action after verifying the member's identity.
② Where a member has engaged in any of the following acts, the clinic shall notify the member at least 30 days before terminating the agreement and give the member an opportunity to state their position.
1. Theft of another user's ID and password
2. Intentionally interfering with service operation
3. When registration is applied for falsely
4. If the same user registers twice under a different ID
5. Where content harmful to public order and morals has been distributed
6. Where acts damaging another person's reputation or causing them harm have been committed
7. Transmitting large volumes of information or advertising material with intent to disrupt the stable operation of the service
8. Distributing computer viruses or similar programs that cause malfunction of information and communications equipment or destruction of data
9. Infringing the intellectual property rights of the clinic, other members, or third parties
10. Wrongfully using another person's personal information, user ID, or password
11. If a member posts obscene material on their own website or bulletin board, or links to obscene sites
12. Cases deemed to violate other relevant laws and regulations
Chapter 6 Miscellaneous
Article 18 (No Assignment)
Members may not transfer, give away or pledge as collateral their right to use the service or any other status under the service agreement.
Article 19 (Damages)
The clinic bears no liability for any damage incurred by a member in connection with services provided free of charge, except where such damage is caused by the clinic's intent or gross negligence.
Article 20 (Disclaimer)
① The clinic is exempt from responsibility for providing the service where it is unable to do so due to natural disaster, war or other comparable force majeure.
② The clinic is exempt from liability for damage arising from unavoidable causes such as repair, replacement, regular inspection or construction work on service facilities.
(3) The clinic is not responsible for any disruption of service use caused by reasons attributable to the member.
④ The clinic assumes no responsibility for any benefit a member expects to obtain from using the service, or for damage arising from materials obtained through the service.
⑤ The clinic assumes no responsibility for the reliability or accuracy of information, materials or facts posted on the service by members.
Article 21 (Jurisdiction)
In the event of litigation over a dispute arising from use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the clinic's location shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction.

B. Duty not to receive treatment by improper means
Patients must identify themselves before treatment and must not obtain care by false or improper means, such as using another person's name,

4. Procedure and method for destroying personal information
Once the purpose stated in the “Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information” has been fulfilled, the clinic destroys the information without delay. The destruction procedure and method are as follows.

5. Provision and sharing of personal information
Except where you have given consent or where required under the relevant laws, the clinic will under no circumstances use your personal information beyond the scope stated in the “Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information”, nor provide it to any other person, company or organization.
- Submission of medical records to the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service to claim medical care benefit costs under the National Health Insurance Act
- Where necessary for statistical compilation or academic research, data is provided processed into a form in which individuals cannot be identified
- Submission upon request from an investigative agency in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law
6. Outsourcing of collected personal information
The clinic entrusts personal information as set out below in order to perform the service, and stipulates the necessary matters in the outsourcing contract so that personal information is managed safely in accordance with the relevant laws.
The clinic's personal information processing contractors and the entrusted tasks are as follows.

7. Rights of users and legal representatives and how to exercise them
Membership registration for children under the age of 14 (hereinafter "children") is carried out through a separate form written in plain language that children can easily understand, and we always obtain the consent of a legal guardian when collecting personal information.
To obtain the consent of a legal guardian, the clinic collects the minimum information from the child, such as the guardian's name and contact details, and obtains the guardian's consent in accordance with the methods set out in the Privacy Policy.
A child's legal guardian may request to view, correct or delete the child's personal information. To view, correct or delete a child's personal information, click Edit Member Information and complete the legal guardian verification, after which the guardian may view, correct or delete the child's personal information directly; alternatively, contact the Personal Information Protection Officer in writing, by phone or by fax and we will take the necessary measures.
The clinic does not provide or share children's information with third parties, and where a legal guardian requests correction of errors in personal information collected from a child, the clinic prohibits the use and provision of that personal information until the errors are corrected.

8. Withdrawing consent / Closing account
You may withdraw at any time the consent you gave at sign-up to the collection, use, and provision of your personal information.
To withdraw your membership, click “Withdraw membership” on My Page of the clinic's website and complete the identity verification, or contact the Personal Information Manager in writing, by phone or by fax, and we will destroy your personal information and take other necessary measures without delay.
9. Installation/operation of automatic personal information collection devices and how to refuse them
The clinic operates 'cookies' that store and retrieve your information from time to time. A cookie is a very small text file sent to your browser by the server used to run the clinic's website, and it is stored on your computer's hard disk. The clinic uses cookies for the following purposes.
You have the right to choose whether cookies are installed. You may therefore set an option in your web browser to allow all cookies, to be asked each time a cookie is saved, or to refuse the storage of all cookies.

11. Measures to ensure the security of personal information
The clinic has put a number of security measures in place as technical safeguards for users' personal information. All information you send is safely stored and managed in a security system protected by a firewall.
As an administrative safeguard for users' personal information, the clinic has also established procedures for accessing and managing users' personal information, keeps the number of staff handling personal information to a minimum, and conducts ongoing security training. We also designate the users of the systems that process personal information, assign user passwords and update them regularly.
12. Duty to give notice of policy changes
