CASE01When the implant looks crooked
WHY
A nose that looks crooked after rhinoplasty is usually because the underside of the implant set over the nasal bone and the shape of the nose
This occurs when the two do not match, so the implant shifts to one side, or when the implant is longer than the nose.
SOLUTION
After removing the existing implant and creating enough space for the new implant
and a new implant is inserted to fit the shape.
